Currently, we do not receive incoming Erasmus students for Educational and Vocational Training.
STUDENTS IN EDUCATIONAL AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS.
Currently, the EASD Serra i Abella offers Erasmus mobility for on-the-job training for students in Second Level Educational and Vocational Training courses. Therefore, the module done abroad is the on-the-job training.
Who can participate?
- Students enrolled in the second year of Second Level Educational and Vocational Training that having passed all first-year subjects (60 ECTS credits).
- Students that are nationals of a Member State of the European Union (or students with a residence permit in an EU Member State).
When do students travel?
The Erasmus+ grant covers 2 months of on-the-job training. These modules are executed in June and July.
Where can students travel to?
The on-the-job training can be performed in any organization located in a country that belongs to the Erasmus+ program. Grant amounts depend on the country the student travels to.
How do students request Erasmus+ mobility?
Requests are processed through International Mobility Coordination department of the EASD Serra i Abella.
Each academic year, in October, the call for participants is announced on the school website and blog.
In parallel, two meetings are arranged (morning and evening) to explain all the details to students interested in participating.
Students that want to participate in Erasmus+ must file their request with Mobility Coordination. Based on these requests, and depending on availability, students will be selected for inclusion in the program. The chosen students, with the help of the Erasmus Coordinator, will start on the paperwork to allow them to access the mobility grant.
Selected students acquires a firm commitment to participate in the ERASMUS program.
STUDENTS IN HIGHER EDUCATION COURSES
ESDAP students can spend a semester at a partner school, preferably during their 3rd year or the 1st half of their 4th year.
The call for participants is usually announced in October. Requests must be filed with Mobility the preceding year.

The EASD Serra i Abella Mobility Coordination department will be with you at all stages of the process.
In order to create an international experience exchange network, the school is open to teachers from other schools we have agreements with, for both Teaching Mobility and Training Mobility stays.

The teacher mobility program wants to promote exchanges within the world of Communication, Art and Design, so teachers can have contact with new teaching methodologies and create an international network of professionals. The school sends and hosts teachers to and from schools it has agreements with.
All school staff can participate. These mobility agreements last from 2 to 5 days (plus 2 days to allow for travelling).
There are two types of mobility:
- Training Mobility (STA). Visit, job shadowing, attending workshops at the partner institution.
- Teaching Mobility (STT). Teaching Classes or Workshops at the partner institution.
During September, at the start of each academic year, the call for participants, the criteria and the number of slots available are announced.
