Information

  1. Requests at the Center: you must fill out a form and attach a copy of you ID.
  2. The center checks the data and generates a payment document with the issuance fees (or “Payment Receipt”)
  3. The center will get in touch with the student so they can pick up the document (please pay attention, since this document does expire).
  4. Students must pay the diploma issuance fees at a bank (please pay attention to the expiry date).
  5. The student must hand the “Payment Receipt” in a the center, to confirm they have paid the fees. The school will sign and seal the copy for the student. This document will be legally valid until the diploma arrives.
  6. The center will process the request with the Department of Education
  7. The Department of Education will print the Diploma and send it to the center.
  8. The center will get in touch with the student so they can pick up their Diploma. (It is important to notify any change of contact details). The process usually takes approximately 1 year.
